who got their FIRST egg today.

There is a thread already about "how many eggs did you get today" . So this one is for us "new kids". I have 18 pullets, 8 at laying age the other 10 are still a month or so out. Today I got my very first 2 eggs. So let's get going on how long from first lay until all our pullets start.

One of mine started at 17 months old! Lays a really small egg almost everyday. The other one just layed a really long one 5 days ago and stopped.... the others have about 2 or 3 months left.

17 months? Do you mean weeks? My are 21 weeks and started today.
