Who has purchased eggs from ebay ? and what was your hatch rate ?

Lockdown today I've put a sponge in there and the humidity has gone to about 65% is that okay ?

I think my humidity has been around that for my previous hatches.

We have had fairly good rates from breeder off ebay. I think it may depend on the breeders.

Yep! So many variables when ordering eggs online. Thankfully so far I'm having pretty good luck.

I ordered twice from ebay, people with high ratings too. Once I got a dozen Lemon Cuckoo Orps at about $40 with the shipping and everything, NONE of them hatched. 2nd time I ordered 7 Dominique eggs and paid $25.50 with shipping and NONE of them hatched either. I won't do it again.

I agree, mail men must play football with the parcels ! So much bad luck, it can only get better surely !

I got 6 +1 speckled sussex from ebay for 20 shipped. 1 was cracked on delivery, 1 never took off, 2 developed to about 15-17 days, and 3 hatched. 50% isn't to bad I would try it again,

Yah, apparently 50% is the average so if you meet that I'd say all is well.
