Who is DD?

First time poster here!!

We have a flock of 8 that were supposed to be all Black Australorps. One has turned out to be a Black Jersey Giant, and another is not a JG but also not a BA. They are 8 weeks old.

Their eye is multicolor and their comb is a bit more yellow/orange than the BAs. And, their comb has a double node on it (hence the DD name). I've uploaded a few pics here - any ideas on who DD is?

Okay, i know BA = Black Australorp and BJG is Black Jersey Giant. But help a breed novice out here, please. What are FBCM and BSL?

Only black birds they carry are BSL, BA, FBCM, and BJG.

I think the comb is just a funky single comb. What color are the bottoms of her feet?

When we messaged them about the Black Jersey Giant, they did say that it is possible for black chickens to get mixed up since they are all on the same table...

My star combs looked similar when they were hatched. But those were from a vcomb crossed with a single or pea comb

This is a single comb with a double node on the back, which seems so odd. I'll make sure to post an upodate when (if) I have one!

Be interesting to see how they mature. For now I'd assume they're just poorly bred BAs.
