Mrs. AK-Bird-Brain :
OMG... they are adorable!!! I want some!!! LOL!
Congratulations momma!
I couldn't see into the Button Quail eggs at all. The Bobwhite was easy, since it was white, but even with a really strong light I couldn't do it. Very frustrating! We didn't get any pips today, so I'm thinking they're done. Wednesday was the last day according to the calendar, so I'm waiting til tomorrow, but after that we're done. I need to get the incubator ready to loan out for a homeschool project.
Well Crazy Larry and crew got 3 more siblings to play with in the brooder. And number 9 is drying off in the incubator as I write. I'm rather pleased with a 9 of 14 hatch.
Hehe oh boy....I still have the 15 other quail eggs, 14 mixed duck and chicken eggs in the incubator I bought from Julie, in which all but one developed so I'm looking at having to set up fourth brooder... and here I am buying...9 pheasant eggs on top of that. My sportsman is in heavy use right now lol.
