Who is pipping and waiting right now??

I had 4 eggs under my broody - we have two babies and there are still 2 eggs....... day 23 now - should I remove those eggs? Or perhaps tomorrow remove them if they've not hatched?

One is hatching as I write this!!! Such a nice zip all around the big end of the egg... I decided to try the carton method of hatching, and I know it's only the first one, but it looks like it's working really well!!! I'll post a picture when it's dry....

Uh oh... I hear a bunch of peeping... I think it busted free... back later!!!

I am on day 26 with a Gray call duck egg that has pipped through the air sac, and on day 24 for 3 other gray call duck eggs. They are under a broody silkie.

On day 9 for 13 silver sebrights, 1 mix bantam egg, and 4 silkie eggs.

Also have more duck eggs in the bator.
