I am ready to go to bed now... 4:20am here in Tucson!! It is raining here!! I got the turkey in the oven at midnight, I like the turkey cooked slowly, at a low temp. It will be falling off the bones and very tender.

Got to go to bed, I have to let the chickens out in a few hours!!
