I TOTALLY AGREE! I love my pots from QVC. LOVE THEM. The frying pans are not great, however.
I bought some Bialetti fry pans at Target and they are just okay too. I think I will bite the bullet and get cast iron after christmas when stuff is slashed even further.
GOOD LUCK

(who LOVES pampered chef- just not the prices!)

I have a few le cruset pots that I love ~ only issue with them is that they are so small! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE my stainless steel 8 qt Tramontina pasta pan ~ I make everything from steamed tamales to bean soup in it. And my stainless nutri-steamer set-up, I use it for steaming ( naturally) but I also use the bottom pot for all of my soaping! I LOVE that pan! AND, I have these old 24 x 19 stainless chafing pans that I use for EVERYthing.

I love stainless ~ it never transfers flavors, nothing ever flakes off, & clean-up is just a soak away, for even the snastiest glued on guck. Also, there's never any residuals with stainless, & they heat so evenly, especially when the bottoms are the double walled type.

Along with the stainless, though, I have to say, I LOOVVEE my gas range. Honestly, I just can't even imagine going back to the frustrations of electric. It would be comparable to having DSL internet, and then going back to a 56K dial up. Because with gas, you have instant on & instant off. Anyway, my 2cents, lol. :-D

I LOVE my All-Clad! For years, I purchased cheap cookware which lasted a few months, then ended up being thrown away or used for the animals... I cook, can and freeze a LOT..I have several sizes of really large stock pots, asparagus stem pot, seafood pot and several small and reg size pots and pans..And I love them! I can cook every thing at a lower temp and it doesn't stick.. Dixie

All-Clad fan here! I got them as a wedding gift 10 years ago. I don't think I'll EVER need to invest in new ones! They are great. I personally try to stay away from the non-stick Teflon stuff. I wonder what chemicals may be released while cooking?? Maybe someone knows more on this than I do on that subject, JMHO.

I have a set of Calphalon that we got for our wedding eight years ago.
I love the weight of the pots and pans in this set.
I also have a copper pot that I rarely use and keep hidden from most guests.

i loved my faberware set i got when i moved away from home they lasted 8 yrs before they started to warp,

I love my All-Clad pots and pans. You can even get them at a discount from the Williams Sonoma Outlet store if there's one near you. Just don't put the Teflon pans in the dishwasher. We learned that the hard way...

The one on the right is our egg skillet and the one on left is for frying veggies and things, but this is my hope chest set that I bought couple years ago from a gentleman for $5 for the set and we have the same set in momma kitchen we use daily! they are revere ware signed on the back 1776-1976 on both and the lacker has not yet been burn off my set! the one on the left was used and someone put it back in my hope chest dirty , but one day I will get it down again and use a 3M scot bright on it and be as good as new. other pans and pots momma uses is revere ware glass pots, stainless steel pans( pasted from her sisters) real cast iron, 8in cornbread skillet and then a 10 square cornbreadskillet, and then revere copper bottoms are thin but we use gas so we don't burn much! the moma biscuit pan is a dutch oven lid. Non-stick has never done wel in our home not even the elect. skillets. because we use Rada Knifes and Cutlery which is stainless steel! best knives can be found!
