while there is nothing wrong with starting a new thread, it's much more helpful to you and to the people offering advise if they see the whole history all in one place (the original thread) rather than starting new ones each time the same symptoms come back.
First off all, get the dog off all table scraps. No more table scraps or treats at all. Get the dog on a premium dog food. By premium, I mean one with no grains at all!! No wheat or corn especially, since those are the two most common offenders. Pick a chicken or lamb based dog food since those are less likely to cause stomach irritation than beef. You said you are deworming the dog every month. Are you doing this because you think you should, or because a vet has said the dog actually has parasites? You may be irritating the dog's stomach by constant deworming or you may not be deworming for the right parasites. No one wormer kills all kinds of worms. Get the vet to do a fecal to see exactly what kind of worms (if any) the dog actually has, and treat specifically for that kind of worm only.
John, it appears there were a lot of unanswered questions on that first thread. There was a lot of advise given, most of which you did not take except for switching to Iams. The suggestion then was to cut out all human treats and get the dog to the vet. Someone also asked about what kind of wormer you were using. The dog's symptoms returned because you did not follow the advise that was offered!
