I know some breeds don't TECHNICALLY need a pond, but I think all ducks should have one. Here is why

Love your youtube Wifezilla!!

Showed to DH and he said "you're not gettin' one of those", laugh, laugh.....I wasn't supposed to get ducks either and now I have 7 (with a website to show them off!), we know how that goes

How's the filtration going?
4 and 5 weeks? They're giant. I better hurry up with the house and run! The pond is only a matter of time and the DH knows it.

Other than sediment (which you can see they kicked up in that video) it is going well. Most of my duckweed froze so I haven't even really begun THAT aspect of my experiment...LOL

I can, however, say the modified skippy filter does work. I love it.

I had kiddie pool up for a couple of days but the ducks could not or did not get inside. I ended up with the concrete mixer plastic pan from home depot. Only one duck can get in at a time.

How do I get them into the kiddie pool?
