why is some pork more piggy tastin?

The coturnix quail are good. PC is gonna have to use my 'bator to hatch, he ordered so many darn eggs! We're driving up to VT in January and will probably be bringing Ticks some quail, and some extras to process.

I'm good. Freezer is filled up with chicken. Processed with PC a couple weeks ago, he makes great soup
