I love those types of muscovies and would love to have one in the future. Are they legal to have without permits?

I have a pair of blue muscovies that I let hatch babies this year. I ended up keeping 5 of the ducklings. I got 4 blues, some were pied, and this black one. I didn't know you could get a black from a pair of domestic muscovy, I thought that only the wild ones were black.
