Will my chickens get along someday?

I’ve never introduced new chickens into my flock until now. I got started pullets. I did everything they say todo when introducing new members. Quarantine, then introduce through fencing for some time, then in the run together supervised, etc. everything is fine, kinda? My roo and his three ladies just do their own thing, and the bunch of pullets do their own separate thing. They don’t do anything together. Big ones shoo away the littles at the feeder (i would assume that is just normal pecking order)... but they’re basically two separate flocks. Will they start to fit in as they age/mature? Will they ever interact together?

Generally those raised together stick together. With time groups meld more, but there's always some distance between them.

Once the pullets all start laying, they'll become more like a flock, but expect that they'll generally choose to stick with the chickens they grew up with.

Chickens are like people; they have cliques. Groups that are raised together tend to stick together, although I have seen some cross into other groups. Usually the more independent ones do that.
