Will my hens be fine in this space?

Yes, in that big of a space they'll be fine 24/7. They do like to get out and roam around, but as long as they have what they need in that space it'll be fine, it is big enough.

Are the measurements I posted just before alright for them to be in there for 24/7?

Your building an area that could support 20 chickens 24/7. If you stick with 5-7 birds they will be perfectly happy. What height are you building? Make sure you're leaving yourself headroom to work. Ideally you want it high enough to stretch your arms overhead without hitting anything. But at least 2-3 inches (5-10cm)above your head.

Awesome! The area will be able for adults to walk in. It will be as high as the fence and a roof will be covering half of the run. The coop will also be high enough for us to walk in. What could I provide then as they won’t havw access to grass?

You could make chicken gardens. Sorry I'm in the US and don't know the conversion to lumber you have available but...
A wood frame maybe 1/2m x 1m filled with soil and planted with greens covered with wire mesh. You could line the sunny side of the run. As the greens grow they poke through the wire allowing them to be eaten. The wire prevents the roots from being scratched up. There are posts on this site with better information. I'll see if I can find some later when I get home. Right now I'm at work.

Thanks for the reply, do you know though that they will be in there 24/7, is it still enough? Why do you want to know which state I’m from?
