Will these girls ever lay? Update: Green Egg and Pippa layed too!

Honey took a three day vacation and then layed this perfect little egg today.
It's so pretty and shiny. I'm really amazed at how glossy it is - not like store bought eggs.
Butter, her sister, is acting like a brat this week, biting the other girls combs and generally being snotty. Jealous?

My Delawares also lay beautiful glossy eggs -- they're very distinctive, unlike any of my other chicken's eggs.

Today I found this egg on the coop floor.
An egg from Honey? or is someone else laying?
The egg is a lot lighter than Honey's previous eggs.

Well, now I just watched Honey lay an egg, so I checked everychickies vents and it looks like Zela might be laying.
The weird thing is that Honey's egg is lighter too.

The first egg layed is on the bottom right, newest egg layed by Honey on top left

What does this all mean?

Do they change egg color all the time, every egg is different?

Will the same chicken lay different colored eggs? Sometimes white and sometimes brown?
