Awww Tiki--Mister looks like he is posing for that pic! Sticking out his chest and saying, "Yeah, my name is MISTER!" What a cool looking bird...I cant wait! THe babies look really comical!
We had the tom sauce on spaghetti squash as planned...it is very good! Then DD25 and I brought all the houseplants in...OMG did they get big! I think I will have to rearrange some furniture tomorrow or Tuesday. I am going to take a look at an African Grey parrot tomorrow. His Mom went into a nursing home and the son is moving so they need to rehome her. Not sure I should even be going to look....

Maybe I can give it to DH for a present? Hmmmm...

Nice Packers Win Evening All.... Yep the wind was really nasty here again today too. Good day to watch football. Glad the Lions finally lost a game. The pack is the only team without a loss so far!

Nice harvest TO. If you add a couple Tablespoons of vinegar to your wter in the canner or hot water bath you will eliminate the white residue on your jars....not a big deal, just sayin!

Nice pics everyone...glad to hear everyone had a safe week end.

Back to the Bears/Viking game....the vikes ain't doing very good this year.

I was so depressed about my hen too, but sure am glad she is ok. She was looking pretty hot in there.

Jim that was funny . I got a kick out of it.

TO Mister likes to pose for me. We must have sat there for 1/2 hour or more and he was turning this way and that way and showing off. lol But I tell you if he is not in the mood to pose that is it. He will hang his head and just not cooperate. The only times I catch him in the right mood is when there is a background I dont like.

I am jealous of all your canned goods and ambition. *sigh * maybe next year.

Good Morning Everyone! I can just hear that one yr old going RR RRR RRRRRR.

I went out and got another egg yesterday aft. Like the BFF says when we're fishin after catching the first fish. The run is on!

I put a couple of golf balls in a couple of nests. Maybe that will insipire them.

Jim that's too rich about the nursing hen!

Was pictureing a hen with teats then thought maybe an udder would look better. Not ever being exposed to chickens or any bird I suppose you'd have some misconseptions. Eggs come from the store ya know. L told me my face was red after working on Donny's driveway got out of the shower the other day and it looked like I had spent a good day on the water wearing sun glasses. Racoon face! BBP she does look PO'd!

Bigz I was actually pulling for the lions haven't seen the outcome of the Bears/Queens yet hope the Bears kicked their butts! Badgers won, Pack won , Brewers lost. Stupid Brewers! The wind blew over a 12" oak across the back road was thinking I'd drag it out back and cut it up then it occured to me that that I could cut it up and throw it in the bucket

good morning, went to bed before midnight, yup, woke up at 3AM.. laid there for about an hour and finally went back to sleep to dream wierd dreams..

Annie is stripping the grapes off the stems.. something I wouldn't do.. but if she wants to, I won't stop her.. She has everything on the table for making jelly, so I guess I will be making jelly today..

DrH, that bucket is going to be your favorite tool.. soon you will forget where you left your wheelbarrow and you won't even care.. we pick the tomatoes and corn right into the bucket.. potatoes?, into the bucket.. you will see.. after we get Brent's tractor fixed, we will have to find a bucket for him..

It is bad luck to keep the first fish caught,, throw it back and then you will catch a lot of them..

Cind, who said I kept a straight face ? those kids were out here plenty of times.. but like most kids, they never paid attention to what is going on around them.. My one grandson stayed with us for over 5 years, and he didn't know the name of the farmer who cropped our land.. oblivious to their surroundings.. I used to take gramma to the old farts center twice a week..after 2 years, when GS got his temps, I told him to drive me there.. He didn't have a clue which way to go.. ???????????? kind of scarey, eh?

I think the Pack is playing the Vikings next week, aren't they?
I hope they don't mess that one up.. TerriO would be very disappointed..

with the 3 extra roos out there, it was a crowing contest this morning.. that barred rock crows almost constantly. nice crow.. the leghorn has a pathetic crow. like a half a crow..

I unknowingly locked a chicken in the trunk of a car one time.. she was in there for several days.. pretty hungry and thirsty when I found her, but she survived..

Have a double batch of apple crisp about ready to come out of the oven. Found some cool whip in the freezer but I think it's just fine by it's self kinda like hamburger helper without meat, eh Clark? tiki don't think it'll be much of a game but it is the black and blue division. Lunch time!
