I'm not going to the testing training this year as they extended our certificate for an additional 3 years or so. I think I'm due again in 2016.

Got a couple people wanting portions of this bottle of allergen, so hopefully sell off the stuff due to expire in April and get myself a new bottle for the upcoming year.

Should be all ready to roll, waiting on them to tell me potential for getting AI clean certified. Couple states require it, even though this state is an AI free state and doesn't test for it.

Let me know what you find out on the AI clean certification process. Once I'm NPIP I plan on doing that too.

evening all, Just checking in, My way ward son has returned to the nest. Lasted 1 night in his $125.00 apt. Found out it was a drug house and he got what he paid for. He moved in with a friend but decided things were actually better at home. Now he is so sick with the flu, we have to prop him up to hydrate him and attempt to feed him, just like when he was a baby. I am so glad he wasn't alone when this happened. I hope this will finally make him realize that he can't run away from his problems. Hope all is doing well. Gotta check on my 18 year old baby.

evening all, Just checking in, My way ward son has returned to the nest. Lasted 1 night in his $125.00 apt. Found out it was a drug house and he got what he paid for. Oh David...so sorry! I am at this point with my 23 soon to be 24 year old. I came down this morning and there were many, many beer cans and most of the Whiskey DH got for Christmas was gone and there was a strange guy sleeping on my couch! I was silently cheering Tommy on as he crowed. THe kid's head was about 4" from Tommy's cage!

It is a good thing that all was cleaned up by the time I got home today!

Hey TO, Muscovy update:

Have 10 eggs going into lockdown. Think one is a late quitter as it is lagging behind the others, but didn't want to count it out yet, especially since it's one of the Choc eggs. The other 9 were all kicking nicely yesterday. Harder to see them today, it's all dark. One egg shows a lot of motion in the air sac like it has or is trying to internally pip. Come on Duckies!

Mugs--We actually just moved from New Berlin and have it on the list of local towns that allow chickens!

Terri O-- are you perhaps selling any of your chicks? I would love to check out your Aussies one day if I ever get to head out that way, that would be fantastic! I would much rather buy local chickies if possible than mail order, just for sound mind (I hate the idea of them dying in the mail even though they should be ok for just the day or two it takes). Do you think your friend in Wales would be interested in joining us at the town hall meeting? I think more people there would only help!

Terri O... I'm always late! But at least I was present for our meeting. Where were you? Oh that's right... Checking out the cute guys at Eye Mart express. I mean, getting your eyes checked...

I didnt leave until 1pm btw. Halden can only take so much running around before he needs a spot of lunch and a nap. I got home and then had to talk to the parents. (They left 4 messages in the 3 hrs I was gone for Pete sakes!) nothing very important either. I told them to stop calling me. Every time the phone rings I look at the caller ID for Dean clinic, then am crestfallen when it's not.

The phone rings again about 10 min after I told my parents to stop calling obsessively and it was DEAN CLINICS. I. GOT. THE. JOB. I can't even express how happy I am. How much this will help out our family!!! God is good. I start with orientation on Feb 11th.

It was a great day. I got to see Terri for 5 min. (Enough time to still give her sh!t) I got to have a NICE LONG visit with Margaret. Starbucks coffee, then chasing the boy for an hour or more in the children's book section. Then the job offer.

To celebrate, hubby and I even took the boys out in public. ALL of them. We went to Lake WI Country Club. Fish fry, burgers, chicken tenders, etc. we don't take them to restaurants often because its so hard for them to wait for food to be made. Where do they get their impatience from??? But they did so well two separate people came up to us as we were leaving to tell us how well behaved the boys were. Really great kids, and how we're doing a great job with them. Perfect strangers. Loved that!

Better go... Little man needs to go to bed!
