Sometimes BCM males have a copper head at hatch.Does anyone have any special advice as to specific breed characteristics as far as what sex chicks might be?

I can tell a couple of the Marans for sure. Or Olive eggers that look like Marans... are roos.
Some have pea combs? Do they all get wattles? 1 or 2?
Every day I go out and stare at them and everyday I come up with something different..lol
