Treating serious issues with inappropriate humor? Is this about the hatching? No, I think its fun. I'd be upset if I didn't get at least a few to hatch. That's only happened once and it was because the seller shipped in those stupid foam shippers. Don't use those people!

I agree with you Yvette, shipped eggs is very challenging and rewarding. Although you have to order from honest people that ship you eggs that are fertile and fresh in the first place. I did win my claim on Ebay over my bad experience with shipped eggs. I never expected all to hatch, I knew when I bought them the risks involved. Although the eggs did not match the description of what I was purchasing is what made me upset. I'm hoping after so many claims against this person Ebay either made them change their ad or shut them down. All a learning experience in the end. I ended up with 2 White Wyandotte chicks, one has a single comb if anyone is interested they are PQ at most. I will also have some Swedish Flower Hens once I can sex them all and choose which ones I'm keeping for breeding. I'm sure I have a crested pullet and won't be breeding it as my cockerel is crested.

Good evening---not much here. COLD! Dumb ducks decided to swim last night...two frozen into the water this morning. I guess they should have decided to swim in the heated water? I hate when that happens!

HEading out to feed the frozen--LOL--then I will be one of them! I cant wait for the warm up at the end of the week!
