Damien has been on a little 2 1/2 year old warpath right now. Ever since Daddy had to go and change the oil on the car, and he couldn't go with hes been a little punk! He keeps trying to go down the stairs, to go out into the garage. I keep telling him no and he cries. Then he runs into his room, chucks toys are for a good while, all the time during screaming something at the top of his lungs (probably cursing me out

) and then he calms down and plays for like 10 minutes. Then hes out trying to go down the stairs again! So lather, rinse, repeat. THEN he stormed off and threw himself on his bed and said "night night!" and I was like "oh no!" cause he'd be up at midnight. I told him its not night night time and he had a breakdown again. What happened to my sweet little boy? Oh well, we can always try again tomorrow.

DH threw out his back while giving his car an oil change (go figure, his back is screwed and the WEIRDEST things cause him to throw it out) so now that's 2/2 of us that can't really pick up Damien. Awesome. Although now with his big boy bed, it's easier on me. I have been in such pain the last two weeks due to this baby that I can't even get sleep half the time. My last couple ribs are just aching, and well because there are men in this forum lets just say my bra fits uncomfortably too

It did before but man, the last couple days just sucked. Gonna trade it out for a good ol' tank top.

Being unemployed and out of school right now I don't have a ton of people to talk too, so it makes it here!

Terri O) Oh no. That sounds like a bad series of events to be having around your b-day! I hope everything works out!! I agree I think your DH maybe should have took it, but then looked for something else. Is he eligable for unemployment? That would be helpful. Hope things change! I know how you feel about the lack of space/silence in the house. TRUST ME

My DH is at home now too unemployed. I am still working full time and that is a good thing. I know what you mean about your own quiet time. Good luck to all who are looking for work, it's a tough time to be looking. Raiquee hang in there and your allowed to rant to us.

Good Morning All! Happy belated B'day TO!!!

Bdays became just another day a long time ago for me. Bigz ya he had quite a long fight on a jig pole really surprised it didn't cut off. 6lb test and a #14 treble hook. Of course that led to talk of tip up fishin. I love northern on the grill with butter and lemon slices. Becky glad your bread turned out! Ya it's a real B trying to figure out what all I need for materials to repair the damage then look up all the prices. According to the pamphlet you can deduct the cost of returning you house to the condition it was before the flood. Plus a percentage of the loss of personal effects and furniture. Think I'll be making a trip to their Rosholt office to have them fill out the proper forms. I normally do my own taxes but this is a bit more than I can figure out. Have to run to Rapids today. When otonoh was over the other day I came out of the house and the dang power line insulator/hanger had pulled out of the garage wall, need a better one. Plus need carpet and linoleum quotes. Have a good one!

sorry, I do love my cats, but when they come get lovins and then turn around and pee on something.

One time I was in the bathroom, a cat came in, looked at me, and went over to pee on some clothes. Well I knew what she was thinking, and just as she went to pee, BAM!!!!! she got smacked with what ever was in my reach! she flew outta that bathroom faster than fast! It was sooooo funny! of course that is probably why I smelled cat pee on my pillow!

, my ducks are sneezing! I guess I better find a bowl for bill cleaning water!?

Thanks again for all the B-day wishes...*blushing*...I didnt mean that you ALL had to say Happy Day! (but it sure was nice!) Now I feel like I got to celebrate my b-day multiple times over days! I finally got to use the "house computer"...DH has advised me that "since I "broke" mine I will just have to WAIT!" Oh brother...like I have any control over a cat!
So H&R--is that your new foster or are you adopting her? I wasnt clear on what you typed. She looks more setterish to me than Aussie? A mix? Did the other one you had find a home? How are your chicks from the New Year's hatch doing?

Raiquee--good luck on the rib pain thing! I had that too...I guess if you are short waisted it is worse--not so much room for developing bodies in there...yeah, at least you only have ONE right? Just imagine...I wouldnt worry about not wearing a bra if you arent particularly well endowed...cant say I notice that too much about women

so I cant remember...I didnt and I never got sore from nursing! TMI--I know....
AAAHHHH...DH just left to Madison to get a phone...I was going to go to the grocery store...but now I can enjoy the peace and quiet right here! LOL!
But it is time to get something done...I have to go out and feed everyone and collect the oatmeal dishes from the girls' late night snack! I even cooked the oats with raisins! Spoiled brats! (maybe I will get more than 5 eggs today!) Have a fantastic day everyone! Terri O
