Well around noon today my Sadie,palomino QH will be going down the road, So if anyone on here wants her speak up quickly, she is not a kids horse unless it's a teen who knows just how to ride. She's 20 yrs old adding on the years I had her from the age I bought her, she sure doesn't act like it. She's in heat once again and busting down fence as my sil moved her horses right next to mine and I can't have her busting their horses out. I know this may sound troublesome and I don't want to pawn a misbehaven horse onto someone. That is why I called a shipper and if for some reason someone feels they would want her she is yours. She's pretty to look at dappled to the hilt, I've shown off pics of her before. I don't ride anymore and now with the kids all gone but Tyler and him at work and school I'm left alone with the baby most of the time, I just can't do it.

Off to the Villa Louis Carriage Classic today! Stopped in Lodi for a moment waiting to meet up with a friend who is tagging along. I'll post pics later.

just finished my first cuppa,,
have to go pick up chicken feed.. might have a cup at the feed mill cafe..
their cups are big enough to take a bath in,, well, maybe not, but you could wash your hands in them..

after bowling yesterday for the first time in over 40 years, my thighs are tight and sore; front and back..
it is not much exercise but more than I am used to.. I should do that at least twice a week..
I am going to sub for my brother next Monday,, If I live through that, maybe I will join that old-timers league.. my sister is in that league also..
I wonder if I still have my old bowling ball somewhere around here..

cind, the turkey and her eggs are just fine.. she might be taking a beating, but she is protecting the eggs..

I am looking for some (4) hen turkeys for a guy.. he seemed to want Royal Palms, but he has a red bourbon Tom.. so I don't think it makes much difference to him..
last year I sold my nasT red bourbon Tom to him.. he just loves him,,

Ok, well they wanted 20 for tom but 50 for both and mainly wanted to get rid of the tom but I'm on the hunt now for the contact, cant' remember if it was Varagesale or Fb I saw the ad yesterday. please be patient with me.

Del, I hope it works out with the breeder. And she stops selling. And starts her flock over. It must be devastating to have to do that after hard work. But maybe necessary.

If that breeder was notified, and she was, and she still is selling contaminated birds, then maybe it would not be out of line to name names..

that is one thing that I always wondered about,, you are disease free today, but what about the near or distant future ? it doesn't take forever for a disease to strike ..

Ohno! I ordered blrw chicks. They seem very healthy tho. Other than the fact that they were beginning to feather when shipped. And I lost a few that first two days. They have been free range with the flock for about two months. No issues with any of ours or those birds. But now I am also a bit freaked.
