I needed better use of space in my new chicken room so I decided to build 2 new brooders. Originally had planned to build them from scratch but when I walked around Menards I seen these shelves on clearance for $34.99 each and thought they'd work great for the main structure.


And I still have one spot empty to fill..

I don't have much to write about.. will be a short work day,,
besides losing Zeke this week, I also lost a lifelong friend on Monday,, his funeral starts today,,

I made the sprocket mount boards last night,,
today I will make the motor mount board..

the puppies are starting to notice us,, they sometimes bark at us when we get near.
gutsy little things, eh ?

Fish Fry Friday again already. Been busy Vicki, but I will get my roo weighed before Spring LOL....I'll be hatching buckeyes this Spring and will see hoe fertility is and share some eggs if you want to swap some or whatever....

I don't see the post either TO on Zeke's site....maybe a glitch some where? I'll hope you can repost for the one's here that knew him and thought nothing but the best of him....dang, I wish he was still here.

Jennie saved me and suzie a bunch of Christmas shopping today...gave her the list...she went to Appleton and done it all for us....now that's what I call a great kid! She was happy to do it for us.
