I'm backkkkkk!
I told you guys, you talk A LOT! 5-6 pages since I've been gone. I was only gone 3 days.
TO, We have about 15 campgrounds within 20 miles or so of us. So I guess we are kinda lucky. Not all I would stay at.
BL4 told you that the storm missed us but she forgot to tell you who our camping neighbor was. Remember a while back when she was talking about the man who worked with her that got cancer and had been off for a while and then that company fired him over the phone....it was him and his wife and another couple and their grandson. Small world for sure. The guy is from Poy Sippi near Fremont. Really nice people.
Beckyschicks, sorry I don't need a spider catcher any more. I was killing about
30 ( NO exaggeration there) wolf spiders A DAY!!!! Granted, they are not poisonous, but they pack one heck of a punch, hence their name. And I didn't want my kids to get bit. You know you have a problem when you check the ceilings and corners EVERY night because you don't want them crawling in the the crib with the baby.
I called an exterminator to see how much it would cost for him to come and take care of the problem. (I know that it's chemicals but they are reletively harmless to children and pets....after drying) He told me $250.00 up front for the first time (It goes by square footage of your house) and $40.00 every month April through October for up keep. And I know the guy! I asked what the difference was between the stuff he uses and the stuff you get at Fleet Farm. He said absolutely NOTHING! Just that HE does it for you.
Well guess what. I buy Home Defence from Fleet Farm for less than $12.00 and it lasts 2 years. This year I only had to spray once. They recommend you spray once a month.
Well-I don't have the spider problem and like I said this spring and summer up to about 3 weeks ago, I had 3 skeeters a night....that's it! Now I have about 10. Must need to sprat again.
But I'd still help with your rat problem if you where closer.
Just think of them as a squirrel without the fuzzy tail. That's all they really are.
