I mean seriously, stop posting pics of those cute adorable sweet mini faces in need of a home!! I want a mini in the worst way and you are not helping me to control my wanting by posting those adorable pics! Especially those free to good home pinto mini's........ Or little black ones...those are so cute! The black ones with lots of chrome are impossible for me to resist btw. Can't forget the Buckskin ones too....oh and those roan ones are pretty.....Argh!! No!*falls off soap box*....Muuussssst sssttttop tttthhhhe wwwwannntinnnngg......Ok I'm back in control!
So, pretty please with ice cream on top, stop posting those pics of the little poor sweet, adorable, unwanted, lonely, pining away for affection mini's!!! Ugh!! *wails* I want a Mini!!!

I'm trying to ignore the posts about the amish and their animal abusing ways. I will not buy anything from the amish and want nothing to do with them. If I read these postss it will only end up making me angry and sad. When you have an animal that is doing work for you and being productive there is no reason to treat it poorly. I have a bunch of animals around here that have no purpose other than my amusement (especially call ducks) and they get treated like royalty. If I had a horse that provided transportation, did my plowing and worked its butt of all the time I certainly wouldn't beat it, I would appreciate that I had an animal to take some of the work load off of me. If I would have witnessed them beating those horses it would not have been pretty. Maybe WI shouldn't have conceal and carry because times like that could land me in jail.

You guys...went looking on CL myself today and saw a beautiful dun/paint mare. Someday, someday, sigh.

So, finally found my MIA Ancona. For a week or so I've been seeing her for a couple minutes a day and not in coop at night. Yes, a nest - 15 eggs! I pulled 2 fresh ones out, will let her sit. Thought they weren't supposed to go broody.

Next year we are cutting down ALL the brush over by the chicken area. 2 days ago followed a Polish to her stash of 5 eggs, luckily all were fresh. These girls.

I think the only way I would be able to convince DH ET into letting me bring home some mini's is if they were broke to drive AND came with their Harness's !!!AND FREE !! OTHERWISE I'd have to buy all of that stuff too !!! I have a cart that I could use for mini's I think. It is actually a Llama cart (NOW DON"T START SENDING ME Llama ads LOL). It has a seperate cart to attach behind it so you have 4 seats. The only thing it needs is new wheels. They are plastic and cracked. When I bought it the guy says to use bicycle tires but that won't work. So I guess you could say I'm a cart, wagon collector too !!!

Back from feed mill. Of course had to stop back in town and couldn't resist the Culvers special "Turtle". Hey, it was right next to the Kwik trip that I needed to go to for the free ATM !!! What can I say !!

The guy is going to take $10 off the price of the chick feed. He will actually bring it as far as Mole lake (8 miles away) Thursday.

So, taking a break here to recoop from the road trip before I get started again. Time to check out CL, I heard MLH is in search of a Mini, Hey gotta help out friends right????

Someone in the area has a percheron and belgian they are needing to rehome. She is suppose to send pictures today.

Oh and that Gypsy filly !!! If only it were a colt. My frisian/spotted draft filly would make beatiful babies with one of those but I DO NOT NEED ANY MORE HORSES< I DO NOT NEED ANY MORE HORSES .......................... LOl

She actually should be bred with a fresian if she is homozygus for the paint

Maybe one day. I'll have to get a good picture of her to post for you all. Problem is she is an in your face kinda girl, won't stay back far enough to get a good one !!

MLH This little guy is a registered stallion just in case you were interested in him. I broke down and called the guy. He was owned by a lady who died in a house fire. The new owner was trying to breed it to his mini donkey but she would have nothing to do with him. I asked DH ET if we could get him and he said NO, said then I would want a mate ............ Sure is a cute little bugger.

good afternoon, It would be a hoot to have a small horse and cart.. then I could get rid of my car..

FT. wheelchair wheels for your cart.. also Menard's sells 26 inch wheels, I think.. they are quite a bit more beefed up than a bicycle tire..

I have 11 new guineas so far.. and good news/bad news..

the good news,,those turkey eggs I have in the bator that are not due yet ? one hatched after I posted this morning.. the bad news, the turner crushed it.. I have everything stopped now..
