good afternoon--just got in from the garden...OMG do I have the work to do! DH took the dogs to the dog park and is stopping at Menards on his way back to buy me some more canning jars with my rebate form....they are even on sale! YEAH! I need to make some pepper jelly and tomato sauce for sure...maybe some salsa? what can I do with this plethora of veggies? I took some pics...the squash is still flowering! The tomato plants are still loaded. I hated to pull the pepper plants there were so many remaining on them! I am going to try and hang them in the basement and see if they work like tomatoes. Well, better get my rubber gloves on and get to work on those peppers! Sheesh--arent I supposed to be done with canning by mid-october! What is with this weather anyhow....? T.O.

Yup,, If you take TT to the right (east) for about 1/2 mile, and then peel off to the left just going up that little hill, my sister lives at the end of that road.. I can't remember the name of the road..

ETA. the name of her road is Cottage Grove Rd.. she asked me where you llive ? I said East of her ..
she is heavy into church things, choir , serving etc.. at St Patrick's.. she doesn't swear like I do, and she doesn't appreciate it when I do , either.. LOL

interesting I believe Cottage Grove Rd and Hwy BB are the same thing, we are on the same road as Double Days, funny we belong to the same church- I help out with my DS(9)'s religion class

cottage grove is a dirt road, or at least it was, it is a dead end where her house is..,,.. her name is Bernice Th..

is Double Days that restaurant on the East side of the road? might be North side, I get my directions all mixed up down there.

The only Cottage Grove rd we know of is the main drag through town

the road you mentioned at the begining of the post here is it called Kramer Ct or the next one to the left is Creek Haven Rd. Anyways if you get down this way to visit with her, let me know.

we haven't been down there for a few years.. but I will let you know if we ever get down that way.. we do not get to travel since Mom came to stay 5 years ago.. she will be 97 in ten days.//Oct 25th//

FT and DrH are both out of town, so I imagine the site will be quite quiet quickly tonight..

Late evening All!!
Well FT came, she saw she drove, she drooled and we exchanged chickens...
She then had dinner with Joan and I, and she left to get to Cinds...
That was a 9:15 ish...
She is one inspirational person!!

H&R- I think you need to talk to her about her duplex... its sitting, and needs tennants!
