dvang your phoenix all beautiful!
I don't know who asked about the serama but~ I have one serama and she is not as small as my oegbantams. They do ok in the coop but my coop is usually warm enough that the water is not frozen. In the winter it is good to have fresh air for the chickens.
I have always wanted a Malinois but doubt I would be able to keep up with it. lol That is super cool that you do search and rescue.
Hey Tiki,
If you want to sell or rehome your serama.. I have a roo who could use a date! LOL
I have spotty internet till tomorrow, thank god for Mcdonalds!!
Sorry I haven't been on...
So.. ..
I NEED HELP!!! (not THAT kind of help, although many of my friends and relatives think I need THAT too!! LOL)
Two friends need to get rid of their goats.
AND yes I tried TO, FT and BF4Me.
the 1st friend, he has two Olberhasi wethers, about 2 yrs old, tie, lead, tie out, and do well in an enclosure they can't crawl under IE the fence, one got out and ate his wifes new rasberry bushes. They have been around cats, dogs and horses...
They need to be gone by Saturday, I may be able to take them for a SHORT while but they will need to go!!
The 2nd friend needs to rehome 1 alpine doe who may not be breedable, either that or she hates the buck she is in with.. (according to this friend it can happen). The doe is about 3 yrs old.
She also wants to sell/give away the other 2 goats, she will give the buck away, but needs to sell the breedable, has been milked alpine doe. This doe has been in a stand, and hand milked, she kidded out 1 kid last year, and this year kidded 2 doelings, but my friend didn't have a heat lamp OR a proper barn so they perished in the cold soon after being born.
These goats have been around but not in with pigs, cattle, and horses, they have been around poultry and done just fine with them.
Both sets of goats are just south of Madison, I can haul a little ways to meet if need be....
PLEASE help, cross post, call neighbors and friends!!
And call me, I won't be able to get back online till tomorrow, most likely.
