Witnessed A Vandalism CLOSE-UP (UPDATE Post# 116)

Read the first page and then skipped to the last so don't know what was said in between. I gather the victim got a nice new mail box? That wouldn't square it for me.

These "good" boys might have used the bats and two bys on the op had they seen her.

oldfort, more clarification, if you will. thanks for the previous clarification too. So... if you make a box bat proof, okay. If you make it car proof, but it LOOKS like it is not car proof, not okay? If you had a huge boulder hauled in, and blasted a small hole in the face of it and put your box in there, concreted it in, that would be okay? Not going to, just tryng to understand the principle...

I'm up to speed now, maybe. I'm glad that you and your dad got a new mailbox put in.
Just got back from the beach where my vacation was pretty much ruined by cretinous folks with aryan nation tats. While there I read the latest Tim Dorsey novel which will give you all kinds of good (read very bad) ways to deal with anti social people.

and local laws at work. The post office only governs whether it is acceptable as a mail receptacle and making sire it is the proper height and distance from the road.

gotcha. I figure if it was my kids, the cops would have locked them up to keep them safe from ME! secondly; if they were all worked up doing this it's easy to guess they've been doing it all over town and then some.. Trust me, I was trouble myself and had some tough love. Worked on me. Seems to work on most. If the kids knew that momma n poppa wound't bail their butts out of jail for something like this, odds are they wouldn't have done it. JMO
