6chickens in St. Charles :
Well I was going to write that I'm curious "why do you have to decide to press charges or not?" if it was a federal offense THEY committed against GOVERNMENT property (the mail)? What does it have to do with you, who only witnessed it?
But lentils apparrently are the easiest, cheapest to produce, finest protein on the market. They come in different colors and flavors (French green lentils, Indian red lentils, etc).
Puppodums. Mmmmmm. microwaved and topped with jam.

To answer your question: It wasn't up to ME to press charges, they just wanted to know if all the residents on the road wanted them to press charges or just let them replace the boxes. They said the Post Office is who would decide if they wanted to press felony charges, since it's technically their property, but he said they never do. Also, in a later post I updated with the fact that the next day it was discovered that they went on a rampage across three towns that same night and by the next morning sixteen additional complaints had been called in with several witnesses IDing them. So they canceled the "offer" of replacing the boxes and just sent the kids to court, because all the damages totaled so much. So now it's out of our hands, and we didn't even get new boxes. That's the short version.
