Woman banned for life from Walmart Stores in the US

What jumped out at me in the story (besides the ban) was the WM person slapping the phone out of her hand. Surprised no one has mentioned this.

You should be proud its a lot of work. I love when i only have to pay tax.

the most recent grab was max dog food for a 1.29. I avoid walmart after they had security follow me around because my dog. I tend to go where we are welcome and walmart just seems to not be one of them.

Um...."define slap"??? Sounds pretty self explanitory to me.

While I'm NOT a fan of WM, and only go there maybe 2X a year and only IF I have to, the employee should not have "slapped" the phone out of her hand. And if they advertise that they'll price match, then they should. So in my opinion (for what that's worth which is probably next to nothing WITH a coupon

) there was probably more to the story than what was printed.

As far as the couponing goes? More power to those that have the hours to pour over them and get their email addresses clogged. I printed them online for a little while, but then got overwhelmed with all the coupon emails I was getting and unsubscribed. I'll clip from the paper and be happy. Now what I do is stock up on the necessities that I use when they're on sale. And if I happen to have a coupon, that sweetens the deal a tad more.

Personally I'd love to have someone in front of me to see what they get for how little they pay. It's the thrill of the hunt for many. A lot of times, they don't use the products that are free, but donate them to a local cause. I applaud them!
