I bought her from a breeder. I'm confused, I know Ee are a mutt breed. I've never seen one with no head feather. Her sister in the back shows the true signs of an EE.

Here is one that looks like a welsummer, They can look like any breed... This one lays blue and green eggs...

Those are both fully mature. Cockerels look a lot different than roosters.

I was wrong, you are correct. He was checked by vent when he was young and no signs till the other day. You are 100% correct.

EEs can be a bit tricky but the red leakage is a big sign that it's a male. Hes gorgeous though.

Roosters have other purposes too. Unless you really can’t keep him there is no reason to be rid of him just because you don’t need fertilized eggs.
