Would like opinions on what breed or cross you think my new rooster may be

Ok so following so leads from this weekend I came across this rooster who looks in my opinion almost Identical to my cocktail. This breed is called a Norwegin Jerahon.
I did a side by side compared to my rooster I would like you guys input on what you think and if anyone has heard of or is familiar with this breed. I did read that they are in the US, just couldn't find out how common or popular they are here.

He is certainly a very handsome boy! It says the Jaerhon males weigh 1.7kg and your boy looks much larger than that so I think maybe he is a cross that just happens to look like a Jaerhon??? Certainly seems to be Legbar in there and they can be quite tall.
