I don't disagree with "old School" but time have changed. Not necessarily for the better either. The women can't have their cake and eat it too.

Now I like the drunk story and she should not have been mad at anyone but herself. I don't agree with drinking anyhow , but that's another story. DW has never been drunk not once in all the years. Drunk ain't sexy.


OP like I said you don't own him. If it upsets you that much then perhaps he's not the one.

Years ago, I probably would have been upset about my bf going without me. I used to get upset about a lot of little things that I thought were soooo important back then.

I guess I have a more mature (don't say old) way of thinking now. Why make him suffer with you needlessly? The weather is not his fault. You should encourage him to go and have a good time. He will value you more for it in the end.

And to the rest of you: Be careful when kissing those frogs. You stand a better chance of getting salmonella than a prince.
