Give your bird a little egg, tuna or sunflower seeds daily for Selenium, there's no need to purchase it separately and you risk overdosing if you give them Selenium pills.

B12 poultry booster (?) is it only B12 (Colabamin)?
Your aim with giving B-Complex is to provide B1(Thiamine). B-Complex usually consists of all 8 B Vitamins.

My vet gave us an injection of b complex and E she was kinda clueless on ducks but she read up on it with me. I'm giving her some black oil sunflower seeds and Dumar duck feed as well. I did a super watered down poultry drench also. But im seeing it takes weeks to get over wry neck I figured we needed to get more b complex but wondering what we can do for that is normal 500 mg tablets for humans okay and if so how much to give her she's about 2 lbs and how to administer thank you so much ! She's a fighter she's eating and drinking on her own but I supervise her bathing in warm water daily and making sure she is eating and drinking enough she's separated from her siblings but they still are able to socialize.

Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg.
You can find these vitamins in the vitamin section of Walmart, CVS, etc.

Open the beak, pop the Vitamin E gel capsule into the beak, let the bird swallow.

Open the beak again, pop the 1/4 tablet B-Complex into the beak and let the bird swallow.

UPDATE

She is doing AMAZING!!!!!! She still lives indoors, but i would say we saw a turning point in December. She is not perfect, but she is upright, able to walk forward, eat on her own drink on her own. She has even flown and perched on our couch. She started laying eggs this weekend, which completely blew us away. This was one of the longest most difficult issues we've dealt with in chicken keeping. We did the vitamin e/goat selenium paste twice a day (pea size) nutridrench in a 1 ML syringe twice a day directly in the mouth. I did add in CBD oil at a point, too. I wish i knew what exactly did it. We are still giving her the paste, and I still put Nutri drench in her crumbles. and water. I am afraid to stop to be honest. we do the paste tho only once a day now. I also wet her food with water too and did that a lot more in the beginning when she wasn't drinking on her own, really.
ironically, my dad got ill around Thanksgiving once coming off dialysis and passed away, and Pearl sadly was on her own for quite a few days. When we returned, she had seemed to make a turn in the right direction! And has continued to amaze us.
