Who all is expecting snow today?

We are but maybe just 1-3" later today (I'm in Carbon county).

It spit a little snow here today but there has been no measurable amounts. I did see my first bloom of the season as one of the tiny little mustard plants was displaying it yellow blossoms. The juncos are showing up now as they are finally on their way north. The Red Wing Blackbirds have been singing daily.

I've been hearing geese honking as they fly over. The other night there was an owl on a power poll that got my 3 cat's attention. And the little ground squirrels have been chirping up a storm.

Guess it all adds up to spring on the way!

It's Wyoming...I always expect snow! We got snow on June 6th a few years back.

Today is officially the first day of spring. I checked in the garden and the Victoria Rhubarb is coming up and several of these little ones are blooming.

When my oldest DS was a little guy, he used to call Antelope cantaloupe. I still like to remind him of that

It was really cloudy today but the temp got up to 66°F. The first crocus of the year bloomed. Actually there were two of them but the yellow one looked the worse for the wear. I suspect "fowl" play as in turkeys.
