Wyoming Unite!!!!

He survived bow season so he is pretty safe. The biggest danger to deer here are vehicles. One of the young does recently had got her leg broken in the lower part.

Unfortunately she is coming into heat. It is a back leg so she cannot carry the weight of the buck. She will not be able to get bred and will keep going in and out of heat, and having to continuously deal with horny bucks.

Sounds like it will be a long winter for that girl, if she can make it with that broken leg.

Last spring I had horrible germination of my pepper seeds. Because I had them out in the greenhouse with other stuff after I gave up on them, they were still being watered. Surprisingly after several months some of the seeds started germinating with some germinating as much as 3 months late.

It was too late to put them in the garden so I potted a couple of them and they are currently in my living room in front of my big semi bay window.

Very nice!

I was surprised to see this guy out for a walk today so I brought him back to the house for a photo shoot and then introduced him to the chickens. They were very happy to meet him.
