While I was mowing the guinea pen, the supposedly male Sky Blue guinea was making the buckwheat call. Guess I was wrong about her being a male.

She should give you some really pretty little keets next year! I could use some more blue in my flock...........

A squirrel showed up in the guinea pen this morning. Not a sound was made by any of the guineas as they tried to check it out. The squirrel was not having anything to do with it and quickly scooted up a tree.
