She always stays close to mama.

I finally took the eggs away from the unauthorized incubator today. She had 19 eggs under her. I replaced them with 2 fake goose eggs. I managed to pull this off without being pecked or attacked. She sure had her neck all snaked around ready to strike but just didn't do it.
 
A week ago it was 94°F here. Yesterday the high was 78°F and it got down to 46°F by midnight. This morning it is 37°F and dropping. I turned the sprinklers on the garden just in case. As I walked by the truck, I felt the top of the camper shell and it has a crust of ice on it.
