Nope, I haven't read that one before... Thanks! My normal vet showed me how to do it with antibiotics once after one of my silkie hens got scalped. That's pretty close to how I've done it in the past when I've had help, but I thought bread cubes might be easier since I was on my own. The vet put the fear of God in me about the danger of getting liquid down their wind pipe, so I am careful.

Tomorrow morning the worming will be behind me for 12-13 days. Can't wait for my flock to be feeling their best!

PS, I will use needless syringes tomorrow - I bought a box of 100 disposable ones after I discovered that a few times dipping them in liquid the numbers come off.
