Ohh wow when I grow up I really want a big farm too.I suggest you get some anconas since they still have alot of there instinct left to hide when a hawk comes or any other animal they also lay plenty of eggs,if they have it cubalayas are awesom and golden phoinexes and pretty much any fliety breed theres out there!

First thing I have to say is: I'm jealous - 550 acre? Good luck and wow! How nice!

Second, why get from Murray McMurray? With the nice acreage like that, why not quality birds from breeders? Or, atleast get from a better hatchery? I don't want to be a party crasher, but with acreage like that - You gotta get a bird that matches the land! A good bird, not a hatchery bird.

I used to get from Murray McMurray, and I don't think I'll ever go back to that.
