That is really scary! I saw the warning up your way and was hopeful it was nothing more than rotation. Glad your red roof stayed on tight! And the children are all safe.

There was a funnel cloud on the east side of the county, but no touch down. Small hail, some wind, and a good bit of rain. Lost power for about 40 minutes.

I didn't think the storms were that bad, but I just read the three or four comments before me. Wow

We just got some rain for an hour or so and a lot of lightening...

I was in Columbus waiting in my truck for my husband and all of a sudden the wind started rocking the truck and the sideways rain was wild! What is "frog stanglers", I have never heard that term before?

When it rains so much even the frogs will drown.

Glad you are okay. Nothing more frightening than to be in a vehicle when the weather is really bad. Sat through 65 mph straight line winds in my car one summer. Won't do it again!

Not according to http://www.foodscience.caes.uga.edu...RequirementsforLicensingaSmallEggProducer.pdf .

If you sell less than 30 dozen eggs (!) at a time from less than 3000 hens (!!), you don't have to have a licensed egg processing facility or have a food sales establishment license, but "All eggs offered for sale must be graded by a certified grader" and "The eggs must be candled by a certified candler".

Have you seen conflicting information somewhere else? Sadly mine aren't laying enough that selling any is an option, we eat them all!

-Wendy

Wendy this is correct information .....whether sold from home or outside of home.
