Okay who here ships hatching eggs? I THINK I'm about ready to break onto that scene. Within state lines for now, of course. ;)

I think you just do the flat rate boxes from the PO.. And the boxes are free? Is that right?
 

Not even sure how I got these pictures to load .Here are some pictures of one of the boys that need homed if any one would like one or more they are free to you I really don't want them to die .

Yes the boxes are free and priority boxes are supposed to be 5 dollar shipping if it fits it ships for 5, least that is what their motto says.
 
@carcar80 I went ahead and let my broody have 5 eggs. for the first two days, she's been great, and the others have left her alone. This morning, the leghorn had given her another egg, so I took it and put it in another nest, I was on my way to the garden and didn't want to take the time to bring it to the house. When I came back by there from the garden, one of my australorps laid in the nest with the white egg in it and the broody was now sitting on those two eggs! I moved her back, with much fussing I might add, and took the two eggs. I'll have to make sure to keep the other eggs out as soon as I can I guess.

you were of course right on both counts, glad I marked the original 5 and yes I'll be keeping a closer eye on the little nest hopping bitty......
