YO GEORGIANS! :)

Hubby made spicy pickled eggs yesterday and peeling was a mess!!
Am making deviled eggs now, have made several poundcakes too. At 6 eggs each, am able to use up quite a few eggs
If I could only find a way to incorporate them into making muscadine wine......
 
Yeah I'm just sick of my horse going to waste. He is awesome, he's "seasoned" but not ready to retire, and I just NEVER have/make time for him anymore. Got nobody to ride with since I got rid of my second horse either.

I think I just want to have chickens too. They're cheaper, that's for sure!

But I love my boy and he can't go to just anyone. Therein lies my problem.
As a fellow horsewoman I just have to ask, what kind of horse you selling?
 
I don' know about the vinegar but I'll try it next time I boil eggs. steaming works with fresh eggs


I've also used the pin trick; use a push pin to prick a tiny hole in the shell but not through the membrane -before boiling. That makes the shells come off without mangling the egg too.
