I don't know! When you tear it apart and mix it with onions and jalapeños and spices and then sauté it in its juices, then put that with some toasted tortillas and homemade guacamole... It's pretty fantastic. Lol
ok, that sounds pretty rad.

and all that is even better if it's smoked firstI don't know! When you tear it apart and mix it with onions and jalapeños and spices and then sauté it in its juices, then put that with some toasted tortillas and homemade guacamole... It's pretty fantastic. Lol
would this be akin to breeding a chihuahua to a great dane?Carcar, you will get a laugh out of this. I got an email from a lady looking for bantam NNs. So, I wrote to her and told her I knew someone who may have some. Didn't hear from her, so I wrote again. Then I get an email from her telling me she just bought 4 from a someone and is going to pick them up. She said they were Brahma NNs! Hahaha! Even if they are bantam Brahmas, they are not going to be bantams! And, if they aren't bantam Brahmas (are there such a thing?). can you imagine a huge Brahma NN?
Oh yeah, it would be almost a waste to use a smoked brisket for tacos!and all that is even better if it's smoked first![]()
in all seriousness, that would be better for making some brown gravy and having open faced roast beef sandwiches with mashed taters........last time I tried that with smoked beef it wasn't what I was expecting.....![]()
So sad!!!! Just sold my four baby ducks out from under momma duck! It just breaks my heart to do that! I hate myself!
There actually are bantam Brahmas, but large or small, that sounds just plain wrong!Carcar, you will get a laugh out of this. I got an email from a lady looking for bantam NNs. I slow cooker a brisket yesterday, and still have leftovers, so I'm not too jealous. Lol
that was either a small piece of a brisket or a really big slow cookeryou care to share a recipe for that? I've never cooked brisket in a slow cooker & I don't have a smoker. It sounds like I may need to try it soon.
It's okay....
g it's good so they can grow with their new family.
