Yoga Calling...

Came to a realization today while berry picking, the ancient yogi's who developed yoga were not priests as history teaches, just very determined berry pickers.

This thread reminded me to be a show off. I was able to do the wheel back bend last week. The way my back has been, its always been too hard to get up into... finally passed the milestone!!!!

I love Yoga! I feel best when I'm taking classes. Due to a hectic schedule - I've had to back off classes and I regret it! Looking forward to getting back to class - OP - I think you should definately go back to yoga class!

Well I am still active in Yoga and posting, does that count?

Seriously though, I goto yoga every Wednesday evening and some Sunday mornings. I'll be going this Sunday for sure because I've been sick and missed a few classes.
