Even here in the southern Northern area we have an average temp colder than Anchorage. And we are warmer than northern Minnesota for sure. Looks like the forecast keeps warming up, now lows around zero and highs around 10 for the next week.

I got the snowmobiles out yesterday, all 3 started, finally got enough snow to go riding. And winter's almost over! Only another 2 1/2-3 months of snow.

Not enough snow on the trails by then. Ice fishing usually continues for a while though.
