Love this post!! I am a birdneck also, I love sitting with my chickens and call them as they jump in my lap. I love their antics and they crack me up all day long.

I let my sizzle chicks discover grass and dirt for the first time today....

If you like to sit for hours and watch your little fluffballs roll in the dirt, and NOT dread giving them a bath......you might be a birdneck!! (My kids on the other hand....waterhose, then tub...)

If you have shampoo and condition based on what is best for feathers.... you might be a birdneck
If you buy cranberry sauce just for your birds........You might be a birdneck

I'm thinking I might try the cranberry sauce thing too! I also read the ingredients to the happy hen treats, and Tractor Supply has some suet cakes with the same ingredients for 99 cents....going to give them a taste tomorrow and see what they think......
