I have two 8-9 month olds and two 8-10 week olds. I’ve been alternating them between a coop/small run and a tractor each day. You can read the full background of this set up here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/bad-start-with-chickens-now-what.1470318/

The younger ones are active when I have them in the tractor, but when in the coop I find them mostly sitting around all day. There are various reasons I’m considering they might be doing this:
1. They are relieved to have the space to themselves without the bigger girls chasing them
2. There isn’t as much to do in the small coop/run
Or 3. They are sick

I just finished a 7-day Corid treatment on all of them because I was seeing runny, bloody poop all around. I’m still seeing runny poops and a little bit of blood, though it’s less than before. It looks like little blobs of ketchup within the poop. It’s not as bright red as it was before.

Based on what I’ve written above, is it normal for them to be chilling all day? They almost always sit side by side so it appears they are just hanging out, but because of the weird poops I’m not sure.

Maybe just taking a break from the older gals? How do they look - eyes clear? Combs a good color? Any respiratory issues? Normal poos? Unless something is off with their appearance or the rest of their behaviors, I wouldnt worry.
Just to be safe, though, check for external parasites. Check their legs as well.

Well, these two littles (especially the smallest one) do have me worried. There have been runny poos but I treated with Corid just in case. I’ve also read it could be from the stress of a new place or just from drinking a lot of water.

Prior to getting these new chickens we thought we might have mites in the coop, but never saw parasites for sure. Now because the smallest one has blue eyes I’m concerned she may have Mareks.

We’ve only had chickens for about 2 months, and the newest ones have been here for just a couple weeks. I’m definitely paranoid but I’d hate for something to be wrong and not have the knowledge to catch it.

I worried a lot more when I first got my chickens. I would just take extra time to observe their behaviors. Sometimes I sit in or nearby just to watch interactions or to keep an eye on an individual.
How long have they been on thecorid treatment?

That’s great advice. I enjoy watching them and since I don’t yet understand all their behaviors I do like to watch them and see what is “normal” behavior.
They were on Corid for 7 days, Tuesday was the last dose.
