Some yogurt occasionally is good. High protein and good for intestinal health.
Sunflower seeds have important vitamins and minerals such as E, B1,B6, selenium, manganese.

Ordering online means that you find feed on the Internet and have it shipped directly to you. I think you can probably make your own if you figure out how much of each ingredient you need to make a balanced diet.
There are lots of recipes for chicken feed. You can use your computer to search for ones that use what you have, locally. This is a pretty basic one I found. You don't need to grind up the grains, but you will need to add a basic poultry vitamin.

• 30% Wheat
• 20% Peas
• 10% Oats
• 10% Fish Meal
