It's really, really, REALLY HOT!!!!!!!!

Actually real wasabi isn't that hot, much more mild (but more flavorful), than the bright green stuff they pass off as wasabi in most Japanese restaurants. The dab you get on the side of sushi cost $30-$50 for the real deal.

Really? That's good to know. I'm not a big fan of hot/mild stuff as is. Problem with that is my uncle owns a hot sauce store.
