Thank you I try not to think of any of my birds as mutts but I know some are But I like them just the way they are And alot of others do too LOL..

Last sonew LF/EE hatching. He/She is very yellow...no chipmunck marks on this one.

Congrats!!!!! You have a lavender!!!! Once it feathers out the lavender coloration will be better. I have pics of my lav chicks on my BYC page called lav shack.

She has the slightest bit of a blond color on her wing tips...does that change your mind?

The yellow fuzz goes away. Here's a pic of one on my lavs at a couple days old. Note yellow fuzz under chin. The fuzz goes away and lav feathers come in. They won't seem very colorful until they are fully feathered. I'm positive that's a lav, unless the color is way off on your camera
