I have so many zavory peppers I am running out of things to do with them. I have made jelly and pickles. I am cooking down 10 quarts now to mush...any Idea how I could make soup? I am thinking 'cream of' like tomato. Any one have an Idea? And If I made paste out of all of these peppers, what do I then do with that? I grow it. I don't really know what to do with it. I like them off of the bush, fresh and crunchy.
